UK Law | Profressional Scum

17 05 2010

What would you call two lads who caused £3,000 worth of damage to a Blackburn Cathedral?  Scum is more than appropriate yet lo and behold, we cannot express such opinions in case the poor blighters are offended it seems, even if you happen to be a judge.

Magistrate warned for scum jibe at Blackburn vandals

BBC, Monday, 17 May 2010 21:26 UK

A magistrate who described two boys as “absolute scum” for vandalising Blackburn Cathedral has been warned he could face disciplinary action.

Austin Malloy has been removed from his post as chairman of the bench while he is investigated by the Judicial Office of Communications (JCO).

He criticised the two 16-year-olds at the town’s youth court after they caused £3,000 worth of damage.

The JCO said what happened was currently being investigated.

The court was told that the teenagers, who cannot be named because of their ages, wrote sexual and racist graffiti on prayer books and bent an ancient St John the Baptist cross after they being invited to have a look around the cathedral.

‘Mindless act’

On sentencing them during Thursday’s hearing, he said: “This court is disgusted by the mindless destruction you have caused. Normal people would consider you absolute scum. “

Both boys were fined and given supervision orders.

Mr Malloy said the other magistrates agreed with his comments, but the clerk in the court stood up and said she objected to his description of them.

The part-time magistrate, who has been on the bench for the past 18 years, said: “I have no regrets whatsoever, I made an appropriate statement about what they had done.

“It was an unprovoked, terrible mindless act.”

He has received countless messages of support after discovering he had to stand down as chairman of the bench while an investigation is carried out.

He said that no date for his return as chairman of the bench has been set.

I mean it wasn’t even the SCUM who vandalised the Cathedral complaining but the Court’s very own Leftarded Clerk!

BNP | More nails for Mr Wayne Brown

16 05 2010

The Mail are busying themselves in demonizing Wayne Brown for ‘racially motivated’ comments regarding immigration – well d’uh, people from other countries are different racially but leaving that glaringly obvious point aside – rather than actually voting for the BNP.  Probably due to the fact that it is not ILLEGAL to vote BNP, in fact, it is protected and enshrined in the Cherie’s ‘orrible money-spinning Human Rights Act.

So it wasn’t enough to imply that Mr Brown had simply expressed his voting choice, it needed to be highlighted that he did so, according to the sensationalist Mail, in a racist manner:

“Having returned to the dressing room after training, where a discussion was taking place between a group of players about the election results, Brown first told a stunned, racially mixed group of players that he had voted for the BNP.

He was met with a volley of protest. But rather than defusing the situation, the player, born in Barking where BNP leader Nick Griffin was wiped out in the election by Labour’s Margaret Hodge, and the party lost all its council seats, launched into an abuse attack on against ethnic minorities whom he claimed were ‘killing this country’.”

Wow!  It was not what he said but the way he said it.

This Public Execution of Wayne demonstrating his Human Rights is to serve as a warning to others who dare oppose the Globalists’ Multicultural Big Society that there are worst things in life than death.  More

See this as evidence that we do not live in a free and democratic nation but one where the morals and duties have been cultivated by those with the most political and economical might to produce certain conditions for certain solutions.  And if the NuBritons believe they will inherit the spoils, they are more deluded than our own foolish kin who voted Establishment.

There are only two classes, the Ruling Class and the underclass.  You pay taxes, you’re part of the underclass.  Even footballers.

Blighty | Human Rights

16 05 2010

For too long we as free thinking Nationalists and malcontents have looked upon the mountains of oppressive legislation as a tool for our displacement.  Instead, we should be using said laws against the lawmakers.  What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Human Rights Act includes:

  1. the right to life
  2. freedom from torture and degrading treatment
  3. freedom from slavery and forced labour
  4. the right to liberty
  5. the right to a fair trial
  6. the right not to be punished for something that wasn’t a crime when you did it
  7. the right to respect for private and family life
  8. freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and freedom to express your beliefs
  9. freedom of expression
  10. freedom of assembly and association
  11. the right to marry and to start a family
  12. the right not to be discriminated against in respect of these rights and freedoms
  13. the right to peaceful enjoyment of your property
  14. the right to an education
  15. the right to participate in free elections
  16. the right not to be subjected to the death penalty

If any of these rights and freedoms are breached, you have a right to an effective solution in law, even if the breach was by someone in authority, such as, for example, a police officer.

Of course, if the Police aren’t interested in upholding Our Human Rights…

Gayness | Bigotry or Preference

6 04 2010

Some peoples’ preferences are other peoples’ bigotry.  When someone prefers the same-sex, fine, c’est la vie.  But when said preference has new laws specifically enacted to protect said inclination from perceived offense, surely that in itself is a form of bigotry against the bigot.

Enforcing acceptance by the mere fact that someone ‘bats for the other team’ is counterproductive and surely offensive to those who disagree with such a lifestyle.  By outlawing all discrimination, we will also rid ourselves of our individual preferences.

Is total equilibrium resulting in a blandness of taste really worth the price paying for the Official Equality Bullcrap promoted by our Fabian Masters?

Reason for this little outburst is two-fold.  A story recently broke regarding a Bed & Breakfast Madam who refused service to a couple of woofters (derogatory term intended and sic).  After a week it has grown into something else altogether, a debate as to whether or not private businesses run at home can refuse their services to people, whatever their reasoning.

The Liberal Bleeding-Heart bootlickers are begging for more State Intervention while the ‘heretics’ scream about private property rights.

After reading most of them, I’m leaning towards the ‘Heretic’ contingent mainly due to the girly reaction from the Gay Brigade.

If I had a company, I would want to be able to serve who I well damn please for whatever perverse reason I damn well feel.  That would mean everyone except pisstakers because I leave my bigotry indoors.

Now if I owned a Guest House, that would be indoors.  So I would probably not allow Eastern Europeans, Africans, Muslims, Bikers, communists, hooligans, fat people, gay people, old people, poor people, young couples, dog lovers, pregnant women, Goths or strict vegans through the door due to my preferences (bigotry).  But surely an Englishman’s home is his castle and so his preferences must outrank guests?

Another excuse for the rant is to promote the following link that was sent to myself by a fellow Patriot and is what the title suggests.  The Establishment never miss a trick to wedge division with the masses and the Gay Brigade Movement was no exception.

The Gay Conspiracy

Those who know me, know I love a conspiracy.

And the more I  read, the less I could care about property rights, for it is a full frontal queer assault, porn ‘n’ all on every single mind in Blighty.  Problem is, the main media still portray the minority movement as oppressed, with the main perpetrators being the indigenous through ‘institutionalised’ racism.

What about ‘institutionalised’ playing the race, gender or eco card?

Yet the truth once more, just like every other grievance industry, it is not only Rich White Men making out like bandits on the misery and suffering of others but also the ‘specials’.

And on a sidenote, funny how this ‘small story’ is dominating the media agenda.  Surely the Soveriegnty and Economic Wellbeing of all Britons are more important than this State-Sponsored witch-hunt.  Then again, nothing is more important to egomaniacs than making a point.

Criminal Charter

14 02 2010

The Human Rights Act ensures no matter who you were, be it kiddy-killer or prospective terrorist, you have inalienable rights that must be protected at all costs, even if those costs run into the millions and puts the lives of thousands in jeopardy.

Number of court cases involving Human Rights Act rises by a third

Frances Gibb, Times, February 15, 2010

Terrorism and deportation cases have fuelled the first rise for seven years in court cases using the Human Rights Act, figures published today show.

Human rights challenges involving immigration, asylum and deportation cases rose by 34 per cent — and are predicted to rise again this year.

The figures come days after Jonathan Evans, the head of M15, hinted that the courts were being used to undermine the fight against terrorism.

The survey by Sweet & Maxwell, the legal publisher, found that in the year to October 2009 there were 51 cases that involved those issues — a rise of more than a third on the 38 reported the previous year.

Stephen Grosz, head of public law and human rights at Bindman & Partners, said: “The Home Office continues to be the biggest repeat defendant in the field when it comes to human rights cases. Terrorism-related cases played a significant part. Measures against terrorists in a democratic society have to be tempered by respect for human rights. Otherwise, what are we protecting?”

Whitehall sources are suggesting that the work of the security agencies is being undermined by actions being brought against them in the courts.

All those millions from the taxpayer-funded legal aid service is a golden goose for the Law Industry, with each year the number of cases rising.  And drafted by lawyers, can anyone really be surprised at this outcome?

Our entire system is slowly being subverted and perverted, including our Laws.  And if we lose the rule of law, it’ll lead to anarchy, giving more than enough reason for the Masters of the Universe to “put their foot down”, courtesy of the Civil Contingency Act.

Damn, we need to scrap those acts before they scrap us.
